Baked muesli (Granola)
We would like to pay special attention to the Granola we produce. This is an exquisite product made from selected raw materials. For baking we use natural Extra Virgin olive oil, which is a natural antioxidant. The temperature regime in the furnace is set below the smoke point of the oil, which makes it possible to exclude the appearance of carcinogenic substances. To give Granola a unique taste we use different sweeteners: cane and coconut sugar; fruit puree and juices; syrups: date, strawberry, topinambour, maple syrups. Granola made with topinambour syrup and maple syrup, which have a low glycemic index, is recommended for people with a diabetic diagnosis.
